We would like to call your attention on some important information regarding RETRO RALLY 2010.
I. Deadline of Discount on Entry-fee is 30 April
The special dicount offer for you is available until 30 April 2010! Don’t miss it if you wish to participate and save money. The entry-fees until 30 April are the following:
1. Cool-Tour category
participation of 1 vehicle, with maximum 4 people per team:
* with ’Retro Vehicle’: 144,000HUF(or 480€), for auto-motor club or any association members 126,000HUF (or 420€)
* with ’Retro Driver’: 162,000HUF (or 540€), for auto-motor club or any association members 144,000HUF (or 480€)
2. Race category (Rally Challenge)
participation of 1 vehicle, with maximum 4 people per team:
* with ’Retro Vehicle’: 240,000HUF (or 800€), for auto-motor club or any association members 210,000HUF (or700€)
* with ’Retro Driver’: 270,000HUF (or 900€), for auto-motor club or any association members 240,000HUF (or 800€)
3. Nostalgia category
participation of 1 vehicle, without the limitation of number of team-members:
* 72,000HUF (or 240€), for auto-motor club or any association members 63,000HUF or 210€)
If you enter with Motorcycle, the entry-fee is 50% of each of the above mentioned!
Pease notice, the entry-fee of retro vehicle’s is lower as it contains discount to help to cover fuel consumption.
II. Categories
There's a good news for those people who are interested in the idea of Retro Rally, though do not have a 20 years old or even elder vehicle: if you do not want or for some reason can not participate on Retro Rally with a 'retro vehicle', then at least let the driver be ’retro’! We mean that’s it is your choice: either your vehicle has to be ’retro’ (at least 20 or 30 years old), or the driver has to be at least a 40 years old „Retro Chauffeur” (born in 1970 or before it) and you may enter with an any age of vehicle. In race category we evaulate and reward these teams separately from each other.
However, the teams who participate on the event with more than 20 years old vehicles are honoured with discount from the entry-fee, and those with vehicles over 30 years old are exclusively acknowledged: their entry fee is 50%!
You may enter Retro Rally in the following categories:
1. Adventure tour - „COOL Tour”: you may participate with a 20-29 years old vehicle, or have 'retro driver' and any age of vehicle
2. Race - „Rally Challenge”: you may participate with a 20-29 years old vehicle, or have 'retro driver' and any age of vehicle
3. Adventure tour – „Nostalgia”: if the entered vehicle is at least 30 years old
III. The Route
On 18 April on our opened Information Day the participating teams asked us to give a longer time-length and distance to stay in Russian Federation. However, to reach this request we can not raise the total distance to 8000km (within 15 days). A compromise was made: the exact route has been changed so now there’s a 2000km and 4 days stay in Russia! From 23 of April you may enter onto this 7300km long route of Retro Rally only. (Please find enclosed the map on the route.) We ask everyone who is interested in Retro Rally to decide concerning the change. The decision about the route is final. The entry-fees and entering categories are not affected, they do not change.
